We reimagined the yard as an open outdoor floor plan designed for everyday living. The new paver patio sits beneath a custom modern arbor with a natural wood ceiling and integrated lighting, creating a warm place to dine, relax, and host friends long after the sun goes down. Shade cloths and heaters make the space comfortable throughout the seasons, and the outdoor kitchen makes entertaining easy.
A high-quality synthetic lawn creates a durable space for play and lounging, while new planting areas soften the edges and bring life into the space.
One of the biggest transformations came from rebuilding the perimeter walls with vertical redwood boards painted a deep charcoal grey. The clean lines create a modern backdrop and frame the entire garden beautifully.
What was once a plain slab of concrete is now a backyard that feels welcoming, relaxed, and ready for everyday moments — from family time to dinner with friends.
