Castro Valley Transformation

This home placed on a corner lot was hidden by overgrown shrubs and trees. After clearing the view of the home a new landscape was able to illuminate the home and property. Drought tolerant plantings surround the property. Hog wire fencing line the street, white Crape Myrtle multi trunk trees light up in the evening time, and the backyard is now a place for entertaining, kids play, and family gardening time. A new staircase allows access to the back yard from the upstairs deck, leading down to a flagstone patio with gas fire pit for family story time. This project was done in collaboration with Conscious Greenscapes who were instrumental in facilitating the soil restoration for the entire property.
