Moraga Landscape Divine

This new landscape was designed and crafted as the ultimate outdoor entertaining space. The porcelain blue stone patio perimeter is enclosed with a masonry seat wall, L shaped outdoor kitchen with custom quartz counter top and Redwood siding panels. An art deco circular sink was salvaged from the inner construction and repurposed as an heirloom in this outdoor kitchen. Above the patio is a 20'x 30' Redwood pergola. The property was completely regraded, to create a flat lower area and terraced hillside. The 200' retaining wall was faced with Spanish cobble stone pavers, with stone slab stairs and Blue Napa basalt walls. The remained of the patio was low maintenance synthetic turf, a Kryptonite boulder water fountain, and bocce court at the edge of the property. The curved bluestone pathway along the turf creates a fluid streak of movement, elegance and mystery in this Moraga landscape transformation.
