Two-year project: The first year we replaced existing fencing, gates and removed 1970s overgrown shrubs and trees.  For the new landscape, a modern perimeter fence, a new entry way and gate, and a mix of Mediterranean and California native plantings. The second year, we redesigned the interior courtyard, demolished the front yard’s outdated picket fence and brick paving, and installed a flagstone patio, tall plant screen of different foliage textures, and enclosed the front landscape with a modern designed fencing.
