This front hillside was overgrown with ivy and had a dilapidated retaining wall. The street-side retaining wall was refaced with stucco to match the house. The lower level deck was restored with contemporary metal railing, and a new drought-tolerant landscape to create interest and reduce soil/erosion on the hillside.
