Sonoma Mountain Estate

Sonoma Mountain Estate

This 100 acre property was overgrown with weeds and the front yard was completely exposed.  The new entrance was defined by a black perimeter fence, with an elegant black power-coated metal entry gate, and a large double-swing automatic gate. Drought and deer-tolerant plantings enhanced the exterior of the property and provided natural screening.  After the 2017 Santa Rosa fires many of the neighborhood trees and much of the foliage were burned, but this property remained untouched.  The new landscape continues to grow with a variety of Mediterranean plants including fruit-less olive trees, lavenders, and dynamic grasses.
